10. It is clear that the tender notification itself has stated that the aforesaid sums would be demanded from the tenderer. 11. That apart, the tenderer was informed that he had to personally inspect the property note down the number of trees and thereafter, participate in the tender. Despite such clear instructions and after fully comprehending the same, the petitioner now seeks to renege on his agreement by stating that he was not put on notice that the money deposited by him towards EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) that the 1/3rd 5/8 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
W.P.(MD)No.34079 of 2025 bid amount would not be returned to him. 12. In such facts and circumstances, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 13.11.2025. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed.
However, it is always open to the petitioner to take recourse to such legal proceedings, as is advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.11.2025 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet:yes/No rgm 6/8 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
