The petitioner is an accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that in course of investigation in Namkum P.S. Case No. 110/2025, the petitioner was taken on remand and on his confession a country made pistol and a live cartridge were recovered. 4. Although the petitioner has got criminal antecedent but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Namkum P.S.
