Learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the respondent - HPCL be directed to supply to the petitioner the particular ‘BIS specifications’, referred to in the above reply to the petitioner’s RTI query. 4. Learned counsel for the HPCL submits that the same shall be provided within a period of four weeks from today. 5. The above redresses the grievance of the petitioner, as canvassed in the present proceedings. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
