After transfer of the case to this Court, it was re-numbered as C.C.(A.T.) No.16 of 2023. 02. There is no representation for the petitioner. 03. The record shows that on 23.12.2013, the Tribunal closed the contempt application with an observation that the order had been complied. 04.
