He would further submit that the Food Inspector inspected the fair price shop and observed certain irregularities and therefore, the charge of fair price shop was handed over to the petitioner on 15.03.2021. He would contend that the order dated 10.02.2021 was challenged by respondents No.3 & 4 by filing WPC No.1965 of 2021 before the Coordinate Bench of this Court and vide order dated 06.04.2021, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) was directed to conclude the proceedings preferably within a period of two months. He would further contend that till date, the proceedings have not been concluded by the said Authority. He would submit that a direction may be issued to respondent No.2 to conclude the proceedings at the earliest. 3) On the other hand, the learned Advocates appearing for the respective respondents would oppose the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4) The Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) is present before this Court. 3 He would submit that he would make all endevours to conclude the proceedings within a period of two months from today. 5) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on the record. 6) Taking into consideration the undertaking given by respondent No.2, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to conclude the proceedings preferably within a period of 60 days from today. 7) With the aforesaid observation(s)/direction(s),the present petition is disposed of.
