After transfer of the case to this Court, it was re-numbered as C.C.(A.T.) No.12 of 2023. 02. There is no representation for the petitioner. 03. The record shows that on 18.03.2014, the Tribunal closed the contempt application with an observation that the order had been complied and dispensed with the personal appearance. 04. Since the matter was already closed by A.P.A.T., no further order is required. Under these circumstances, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
