It is stated by learned Counsel for the revisionist that present revision challenging the order dated 10.08.2021 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mohammadi, Lakhimpur Kheri in Misc. Criminal Case No. 1 of 2020, S.T. No. 293/2017 arising out of Crime No. 188/2017 under Sections 302/34 IPC, Police Station-Mohammadi, District-Lakhimpur Kheri, whereby the claim of juvenility of the revisionist was rejected, has now become infructuous as the concerned court has acquitted the revisionist. Taking note of the statement of learned Counsel for the revisionist, the present revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
