The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- “A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent Nos. 1 to strike off the the name of the respondent No. 3 from the Register of Companies in compliance of the order dated 28.06.2022 passed by the respondent nо. 2 in Application No. RD (NWR)/SEC16/153/2021/1398; B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby calling forth the records of [2025:RJ-JP:17150] (2 of 2) [CW-8360/2023] the Respondent Nos. 1 to Respondent No. 2 in respect of Application No. RD (NWR)/SEC16/153/2021/1398; C. Award the cost of the Petition in favour of the Petitioner, D. Pass such any other or further order(s) those this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents.” 2. By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondent No.1 to strike off/rectifying the name of respondent No. 3 from the register of companies in compliance of the order dated 28.06.2022 passed by the Regional Director of Companies North-Western Region, Ahmedabad. 3. At the outset, counsel for the respondents has apprised this Court that the order dated 28.06.2022 has already been complied with by the respondent No. 2 vide order dated 05.03.2025 and the name of respondent No. 3 has been struck off and the same has been changed in the name of Company from “Kake Di Hatti Pvt. Ltd.” to ORDNC 2022 000587 U15316RJ2016PTC056085 Private Limited. Counsel submits that the relief sought in this petition has already been granted, hence under the changed circumstances, no further cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue this petition and the same has become infructuous. 4.
