After transfer of the case to this Court, it was re-numbered as C.C.(A.T.) No.8 of 2023. 02. There is no representation for the petitioner. 03. The record shows that on 03.12.2012, the Tribunal closed the contempt application in the light of speaking orders passed by the Collector, Vizianagaram. 04.
