ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents No.2 to 5 in considering the petitioner's candidature for selection to the post of the School Assistant (Social) in pusurance of tie DSC-2018 Notification issued by the respondent No.1 by declaring that the respondent No.7 is not eligible to be selected under BC-A category, eventhough, the respondent No.6 has submitted a report that the respondent No.7 is not belong to Agnikula Kshatriya (BC-A) through the report in R.C.A.82/2019, dated 04.06.2019 as arbitrary and illegal and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India ald consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 5 to consider the petitioner's candidature for selection to the post of the School Assistant (Social) in pursuance of the DSC-2018 Notification issued by the respondent No.1 by declaring that the respondent No.7 is not eligible to be selected under BC-A category.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Siva Prasad Reddy Venati,
learned counsel for Respondent No.7 would submit that the Caste Certificate of Respondent No.7 under BC-A category has been cancelled due to which, the Petitioner got employed and no further orders are required in this matter.
3. Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
