Pandey, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India assisted by Mr. Varun Pandey, learned counsel for opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following main relief:- " to issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Substitute GDS/Postman (G.P.S.R.) with continuity of service at the Village Postal Service, Branch-Dhangarh, Post Office Pratapgarh, at par with other similarly situated persons who have been reinstated, namely Shri Suresh Kumar Bhatani and Shri Sunil, in the interest of justice. " 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Post Offices (SSPO), Pratapgarh Division or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
