By this application, the petitioner, namely, Najirul Islam, has prayed for pre- arrest bail in connection with Laharighat P.S. Case No. 172/2025 registered under Section 318(4)/336(3)/340(2)/336(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 03.09.2025 by this Court pursuant to which he is stated to have appeared before the I.O. 4. The case diary as called for has been received along with the bail objection. 5. The Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has found materials lending support to the allegations about the accused preparing false birth certificates and other public documents from people in exchange for money. The statements of the witnesses also lend support to the said allegations. 6. The I.O has submitted that the petitioner is habitually engaged in preparing supply of fake birth certificates and other official documents to different persons in the area in exchange for money. 7. The I.O has contended that the such activities on the part of the accused have seriously implicated for the public documents. 8. In the given circumstances and also, considering that the facts that the investigation is not yet completed, I am of the considered view that this may not be a fit case to grant of anticipatory bail. 10.
