(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Special Sessions Trial No. 250 of 2020, pending before Special Judge, NDPS act, Dehradun in NCB Case Crime No. 01 01 (A)/NCB/DDN/2020 under Section 8/22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station NCB, Dehradun, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that co-accused Ankit Arora having similar role is facing trial with the applicant. He has been granted bail on the ground of long custody. 4. This fact is not denied by learned counsel for the NCB. Learned counsel for the NCB would submit that instruction has already been received. He has tendered the 2 instruction for the perusal of the Court. Let it be placed on record. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
