After transfer of the case to this Court, it was re-numbered as C.C.(A.T.) No.9 of 2023. 02. There is no representation for the petitioner. 03. The record shows that on 25.01.2017, the Tribunal dismissed the contempt application as withdrawn with an acknowledgment of Government Pleader for Fisheries. 04. Since the matter was already closed by A.P.A.T., no further order is required. Under these circumstances, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
