This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 with a prayer for modification of the order dated 18.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.4772 of 2025 by substituting the name of the victim – Vishwa Nath Singh in place of his deceased father Janardan Singh. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 18.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.4772 of 2025, because of the erroneous submissions made at the Bar, the name of victim was mentioned as Janardan Singh but in fact, the actual victim is Vishwa Nath Singh. Hence, it is submitted that the order dated 18.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.4772 of 2025 be modified accordingly. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for modification of the order dated 18.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.4772 of 2025 is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 18.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.4772 of 2025 is modified by substituting the name of the victim as ‘Vishwa Nath Singh’ in place of ‘Janardan Singh’.
