This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.5 insisting me to no for a compromise / family counseling with my husband namely Subhani, S/o. Bade Saheb, even though the complaint which made an against him clinchingly establishes a cognizable offence i.e., my husband is insisting me to do prostitution as arbitrary, illegal colorable excess of power apart me violative of fundamental

rights guaranteed to me under articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.5 to act on my complaint dated 14-08-2020.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G.Kondala Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this matter as the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
