While, placing on record communication dated 10.9.2025, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 10.9.2025issued under the signatures of Director Ayush, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General states that transfer order of petitioner namely Kaka Ram, a Class IV employee from AHC Kota Pab, District Sirmaur to AHC Tatiyana, District Sirmaur issued vide office order dated 24.6.2025, was kept in abeyance till further order vide order dated 25.6.2025, but he (petitioner) has joined duties at AHC Tatiyana on 24.6.2025, hence, the order dated 24.6.2025 has been withdrawn. 2025:HHC:31151 - 2 - 2.
