By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the respondent no. 4 to decide the objection filed by the petitioner (Annexure P/5) in accordance with the provisions of Act, 1962, within stipulated time. 3 10.2 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has raised an objection in respect of digging of her land in order to install petroleum line as per Petroleum and Mineral Pipeline (Bhumi Upyog Ke Adhikar Ka Arjan Adhiniyam, 1962). The objection has been filed by the petitioner way back on 08.01.2025 and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner it has to be decided within a period of 15 days, however, it has not been decided. 3. On the other hand learned counsel for the respondents opposes the same. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the objection filed by the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the production of this order. 6.
