The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 31.03.2018 for assignment of sanitation contract for maintenance of the toilets at Naaz Centre, Vignana Mandir, Milk Hospital and Taluq Centre of Guntur City in Guntur District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to open the tenders received against the Tender Notification dated 28.03.2018. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in view of passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in this Writ Petition does not appear to survive for adjudication. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
