The petitioner has approached this Court for grant of appointment on compassionate ground in the year 2025. Delay of more than 13 years has not been explained. In any case long delay in filing application for grant of appointment on compassionate ground gives rise to an inference that the financial destitution caused by the death of the deceased employee has eased to exist.
