Sufiyan Alam, which was granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No.3865/2022, by order dated 06.06.2022, on the ground that during the trial, he had threatened the witnesses. From the perusal of the order granting bail, it transpired that one of the conditions for granting him bail is that he will not threaten the witnesses. On this ground, the present petitioner Chandan Kumar Sinha has filed the present application before the learned Trial Court for cancellation of his bail. It appears that no order was passed in the said application. However, the online status showed that the application was disposed of. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party No.2 Md. Sufiyan Alam submitted that he has already been acquitted in this case. Considering the aforesaid fact, no further action is required in this case. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
