NIL The Court made the following: ORDER: This petition was originally filed as C.A.No.627 of 2016 in O.A.No.1341 of 2016 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to summon the respondents and punish them for wilfully and deliberately violating orders of the Tribunal dated 21.04.2016 in 2 C.C(AT).No.24 of 2023 O.A.No.1341 of 2016. After transfer of the case to this Court, it was re-numbered as C.C.(A.T.) No.24 of 2023. 02. There is no representation for the petitioner. 03. The record shows that on 15.06.2017, the Tribunal closed the contempt application finding no wilful disobedience or any violation of the orders and the contemnors were discharged from contempt. 04. Since the matter was already closed by A.P.A.T., no further order is required. Under these circumstances, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
