Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority to take a decision on the appeal dated 3rd February, 2025. 3. Mr. Sandeep Sharma learned State Counsel at the very outset has submitted that against the punishment order imposed upon petitioner vide order dated 8th January, 2015, the appeal was preferred by petitioner and was not found to be entertainable vide order dated 7th November 2025 on the ground of limitation. The appeal therefore has been consigned to record but the said order is not under challenge. 4. In view of such objection being raised, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition to file afresh. 5. As such, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh to effect challenge the aforesaid order dated 7th November, 2025.
