The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, apprehending his arrest, in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 284 of 2024, dated 10.09.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. 3. As per allegation, 15 litre of country made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. 4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the Court below and move regular bail application along with his surrender application and he is Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10129 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 also praying for direction of this Court to the learned Court below to consider his regular bail application along with the surrender application on the same day. 5.
