By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is one of the selected candidate for the post of Anganwari worker for Aganwari Center- Tetartoli, Panchayat Kushami, District Balrampur-Ramaujganj is seeking a direction towards respondent No. 5 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Kushmi Dist Balrampur for issuance of fresh appointment order in compliance of order dated 20.11.2024 passed in WPS No. 7563 of 2022. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that on a dispute raised by respondent No. 6 in WPS No. 7563 of 2022, by order dated 20.11.2024 there was a direction by this Court to the respondent authorities to provide opportunity of hearing to all the parties and take appropriate decision afresh within a period of 30 days regarding the recruitment to the post of Anganwari worker. 3. Learned State counsel submits that after disposal of the writ petition bearing WPS No. 7563 of 2022, the process has already 3 / 3 been started and is at last stage and within 15 days, fresh appointment order of the eligible candidate will be issued on the basis of enquiry made by the Standing committee of the concerned panchayat. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed. 5. Considering the submission made by learned State counsel, at this juncture, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 5 for issuance of fresh appointment order to the eligible candidate within 15 days from today. 6. With the aforesaid observation/ direction, the writ petition stands disposed off. 7. Petitioner is at liberty to apprise the concerned authority about the order of this court.
