Learned vice counsel for the respondents has placed on record a computation sheet prepared by the respondents and, on that basis, submitted that save & except the revised pay scale and arrears thereof, all other retiral benefits due and admissible to the petitioner have been released in his favour. Learned vice counsel further submitted that the review petition preferred by the respondents in Tulsi Ram Versus Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 and another2 is presently pending adjudication, on the basis whereof the petitioner is claiming the revised pay scale and arrears. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledged the above fact. 3. Taking note of above, the present execution petition to stand disposed. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, at an appropriate stage.
