NIL The Court made the following: ORDER: This petition was originally filed as C.A.No.942 of 2013 in O.A.No.1255 of 2013 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to summon the respondents and punish them for wilfully and deliberately violating orders of the Tribunal dated 20.02.2013 in 2 C.C(AT).No.15 of 2023 O.A.No.1255 of 2013. After transfer of the case to this Court, it was re-numbered as C.C.(A.T.) No.15 of 2023. 02. There is no representation for the petitioner. 03. The record shows that on 20.02.2014, the Tribunal closed the contempt application with an observation that the order had been complied and discharged the contemnors. 04. Since the matter was already closed by A.P.A.T., no further order is required. Under these circumstances, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
