Medhi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of learned conducting counsel Mr. S.K. Medhi. 2. This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for transfer of MAC Case No.103/2024 pending before the court of learned MACT, Barpeta to the MACT No.3, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati. 3. On the basis of the same incident, other claim petitions are filed before the MACT No.3, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati and one claim petition has been filed by another person at Barpeta. 4. It has been pleaded that it will be easy for the petitioner to contest the claim petition if the case is transferred to MACT No.3, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. The ground shown is not satisfactory. When the case is transferred to MACT No.3, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati, the claimant shall have to face difficulty to come to Guwahati from Barpeta and to pursue the case before the Tribunal at Guwahati.
