Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(I). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to call for the record of the case and quash the impugned judgment and order dated 30.1.2021 passed by the respondent no. 2/ The Collector/Ziladhikari Etah in Case no. D201918210001363 under section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 Sarkar versus Badan Singh and others (Annexure no. 5) to the writ petition. (ii). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus remand the case before the court below and after hearing the petitioners passe fresh order." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, the petitioners have alternative remedy of filing a revision. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available to them under law.
