Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 109 of 2020, for the offences registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Smt. Namita Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma. 3. On 14.04.2018 at about 9.30 pm, the informant was looted by dacoits near Bagitand Check post, Koderma valley. The miscreates looted his vehicle along with rupees one crore thirty-two lakhs and 4 ½ kg of gold. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused persons. 5. It appears that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Namita Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma, or her successor, in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 109 of 2020. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
