This application has been filed praying for correction of the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by this Court in IA(Civil)/2741/2025 in RSA/136/2025. 3. In paragraph 2 of the said order, Title Appeal No. 03/2025 has been mentioned, whereas it should have been Misc. (J) Case No. 05/2025 in Title Appeal No. 03/2025. Moreover, in the said paragraph Misc. (J) Case No. 05/2025 has been mentioned, whereas it should have been Title Suit No. 11/2017. 4. The error stands corrected accordingly. Therefore, the 2nd paragraph of the Page No.# 3/3 order dated 26.08.2025 shall be read as “Since the connected Regular Second Appeal has been admitted for hearing, the judgment and decree dated 28.07.2025 passed in Misc.(J) Case No. 05/2025 in Title Appeal No. 03/2025 pending in the court of the learned District Judge, Jorhat affirming the judgment and decree dated 21.08.2024 and 03.09.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Jorhat in Title Suit No. 11/2017 shall remain stayed.” 5.
