THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION, THIS DAY ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief: "Quash all further proceedings in C.C. No. 736/2013 in pursuance of impugned order dated 22/10/2019, on the file of Hon'ble 37th A.C.M.M, Bengaluru (Annexure-A), whereunder the Proclamation and Attachment Warrant is issued against the Petitioner" 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is posted before the trial Court on 29.03.2025 and on that day, the petitioner would file an application seeking regular bail which may be directed to be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law. It is further submitted that till the trial Court - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5875 CRL.P No. 2273 of 2024 considers and passes appropriate orders on such application, the impugned orders directing issuance of NBW, proclamation warrant and attachment warrant may be kept in abeyance. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the undertaking given on behalf of the petitioner that he would approach the trial Court and file application seeking regular bail, without expressing any opinion on the merits/de-merits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of the petition reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file an application for regular bail before the trial Court which is to be directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law. 5. It is further directed that till the trial Court considers and passes orders on the bail application to be filed by the petitioner, the impugned orders passed by the trial Court directing issuance of NBW, proclamation warrant and attachment warrant are hereby kept in abeyance. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:5875 CRL.P No. 2273 of 2024 6.
