ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by setting aside the proceedings in RC No.07/B2/2019 dated 01.08.2019 keeping the Petitioner under suspension for the second time for the same issue as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders……”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was reinstated into service. Learned counsel would further submit that no further

orders are required in this writ petition and this writ petition may be disposed of.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the petitioner was reinstated into service by the respondent authorities. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder:
“Basing on the Enquiry Report submitted by the Three Men Committee (Officers) vide reference 34th cited and also as per instruction of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati vide reference 33rd cited, Sri G.Venkata Rao, SGT, M.P.P. School (Main), Agiripalli Mandal, Eluru District who is under suspension is hereby reinstated into service with immediate effect under Rule 8 (5) of AP Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 and posted at MPPS Thummagudem Urdu, Chatrai Mandal, Krishna District subject to pending enquiry.”
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned authority for regularization of his suspension period as “on duty”. The respondent authorities are at liberty to take appropriate decision according to governing rules and law. There shall be no order as to costs.
