Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Vinod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record. Instant petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "(1) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the opposite party No.1 to decide/pass the appropriate order/reasoned order on the application dated 02.09.2019 in respect of appointment under dying in harness contained as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition with in stipulated period in the interest of justice. (ii) To issue any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the circumstance of the case in the interest of justice. (iii) To allow the writ petition with costs." After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no. 1 to consider and decide the representation/application of the petitioner dated 02.09.2019 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, the respondent no.1/Managing Director, U.P. Cooperative Gram Vikas Bank Ltd. Head Office, Lucknow, is hereby directed to consider and decide the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dinesh Kumar Mishra, Pankaj Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : Vinod Kumar Singh Smt.
