At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although he has challenged the notice dated 04.04.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, issued under Section 3 of the U.P. Control of Gundas Act, 1970, he intends to submit a reply to the said notice and prays that the competent authority may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law within the stipulated time. 3. To the aforesaid prayer, learned A.G.A. has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit a reply to the impugned notice dated 04.04.2025 before the competent authority within ten days from today. In case any such reply is submitted, the competent authority shall proceed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law on which decision would be taken within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of the said reply along with the certified copy of this order. 5. However, it is made clear that the Court has not entered into the merits of the claims set forth by the petitioner. November 20, 2025 S.
