Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Special Judge/E.C. Act, Court No. 4, Raebareli (in short "trial Court") to decide Criminal Revision No. 26/2021, Ram Baran Singh Vs. State of U.P., under Sections 397, 399 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Gagatpur, District Raebareli, which is pending since 2021, within a time frame. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2021 without any substantial progress. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the trial Court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5.
