The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.0.42 cents in Sy.No.382/2 of Bheemaganipalle Village, Punganur Mandal Chittoor District, having purchased the same through a registered sale deed bearing Document No.2168 of 2003 from the original pattadars, namely Bathula Venkatappa and Bathula Siva Kumar. It is contended that without issuing any notice or affording any opportunity of hearing, the 4*^ respondent submitted a report 3 dated 25.02.2025 to the 2"^ respondent requesting to put up the subject land under dispute register. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that it is contrary to the principles of natural justice, particularly when the petitioner has purchased the property through a valid registered sale deed after full consideration from the original owners. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the respondent only submitted a report to the 2^'^ respondent regarding to put up the subject land i.e.. 4. Sy.Nos.382/1 and 382/2 (to an extent of Ac.1.30 and Ac.1.02 cents respectively) in dispute register as there is a dispute between the petitioner and other parties. The 2”^^ respondent is yet to take a final decision. If the petitioner has any grievance, he may submit a representation with supporting documents for consideration before the competent authority. Upon consideration of the submissions of both parties and 5. th perusal of the material on record, it is evident that the 4 respondent has only submitted a report dated 25.02.2025 to the 2^^^ respondent for placing the land in the Dispute Register, and no final determination has yet been made. 4 Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by passing the following order; The petitioner is at liberty to submit a detailed representation along with substantiating his claim over the subject property to the 2 respondent within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. all relevant documents nd nd respondent shall Upon such submission, the 2 consider the petitioner’s claim, including the report submitted by the 4^^ respondent dated 25.02.2025, and appropriate reasoned order in accordance with law reasonable period, preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the petitioner’s representation.
