Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the death certificate has already been issued to the petitioner by including the name of Sivasankaralinga Pandia Chinnaiyasamy Nayacker, the grandfather of the petitioner, in the death certificate of his grandmother namely Jameentharani @ Bangarammal in the column relating to the husband's name.
