ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ .... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, particularly a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C in the event of their arrest in Crime No.437 of 2020 dated 12.09.2020 on the file of Ongole Police Station, Prakasam District and to pass ....”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 21.10.2020, respondent Police followed the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and that no further orders are necessary and this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
