Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.208 of 2024, under Section 70(1), 70(2), 74, 75, 76 BNS & Section 5m/6 of POCSO Act, P.S. Hanswar, District Ambedkar Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that on the same allegation co- accused has been enlarged on bail. The applicant has no criminal antecedents. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering and adopting the reasoning as contained in the bail order of the co-accused, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Mohd. Aakil be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : P.K.
