Suyog Herele E., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Prathibha R.K., learned AGA appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and have perused the material on record. 2. The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayers: "i. Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari and quash the Order passed by the Respondent No.3 dated 07-02-2025 in No. TRS.CR 65/2024-25, wherein appointing the Respondent No.4 to 8 as members - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:10872 WP No. 5843 of 2025 to Managing Committee of Respondent No.9 temple and all further proceedings pursuant thereto (produced at Annexure-A). ii. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus and direct the Respondent No.1 to 3 to reconstitute afresh managing committee to Sri. Kanaltaya Daivasthana, Barimaru, Bantwal Taluk, Dakshina Kannada district/Respondent No.9 by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 05-11- 2024 (produced at Annexure-C1 to C2). iii. issue any other Writ or Order and grant such other and further relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred a petition before the Rajya Dharmika Parishath questioning the very action and in that light, they would seek to withdraw the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at this juncture, submits that a direction be issued to the respondent - Rajya Dharmika Parishath to dispose the petition within a timeframe. 5.
