CMP No.15572 of 2025 This application has been filed for revival of Execution Petition, which was closed vide order dated 23.09.2024 for the reason that Surajmani’s case, on the basis of which benefit was directed to be extended to the petitioner, was assailed by the State in the Hon’ble Supreme Court and was pending adjudication. 2. It has been stated that now, Surajmani’s case stands decided by the Hon’ble Apex Court along with Civil Appeal No.1595 of 2025 (SLP(C) No.23016 of 2023), titled The State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. vs. Surajmani & anr. on 06.02.2025. 3. In view of above, as submitted, the Execution Petition is to be adjudicated in consonance with the verdict of Surajmani’s case. Accordingly, Execution Petition (T) No.754 of 2024, titled Saroj Kumari vs. State of H.P. & ors., is ordered to be revived to its original status with original number. Application stands disposed of.
