NIL The Court made the following: ORDER: This petition was originally filed as C.A.No.1494 of 2011 in O.A.No.1407 of 2011 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to summon the respondents and punish them for wilfully and deliberately violating orders of the Tribunal dated 10.03.2011 in 2 C.C(AT).No.22 of 2023 O.A.No.1407 of 2011. After transfer of the case to this Court, it was re-numbered as C.C.(A.T.) No.22 of 2023. 02. There is no representation for the petitioner. 03. The record shows that on 01.10.2012, the Tribunal closed the contempt application finding that orders have been complied and observed no further enquiry needed to be conducted in the contempt application. 04. Since the matter was already closed by A.P.A.T., no further order is required. Under these circumstances, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
