Case No. 169 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 127(1), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) & 118(2) of the B.N.S. and under Section 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 & 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dhanbad. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8130 of 2024 by order dated 06.01.2025. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have shot the informant due to which he sustained head injury. 5. Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2024. It was further submitted that trial has not commenced as yet. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dhanbad in connection with Session Trial Case No. 490 of 2024 arising out of Jharia P.S.
