The present Writ Petition relates thereto. 2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that notice would be issued to all the joint pattadars under patta No.286 and to owners of relevant adjacent land and a decision would be taken thereafter. 3. The joint patta stands in the names of about 11 persons, including the petitioner. Therefore, it is necessary to issue notice to all the joint pattadars. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to all the joint pattadars and owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
