Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 310 of 2024, S.T. No. 270 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XX, Ranchi. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in physical relationship for three to four years. 5. In view of nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XX, Ranchi, in connection with S.T.
