Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the reliefs prayed for by the petitioners in these petitions are squarely covered by judgment dated 22.09.2025, passed by Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.5267 of 2023, titled as Uttam Ram & others Versus State of H.P. & others and interest of justice would be served in case these petitions are disposed of by ordering that the directions passed by Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.5267 of 2023 (supra) shall mutatis mutandis apply to the present petitions also. 3. Accordingly, these petitions are disposed of by ordering that the directions passed by Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.5267 of 2023 (supra) shall mutatis mutandis apply to these petitions also and respondents are directed to regularize the service of the petitioners as per the existing policy alongwith all consequential benefits including seniority.
