This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 7.1.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S., Police Station- Auraiya District- Auraiya. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent no.4 herself is filing her affidavit stating that she is major. Offence as alleged never took place. First Information Report has been lodged by father of respondent no.4 on incorrect allegations Respondent no.4, has no objection in case impugned F.I.R. is quashed.
