The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that no appeal has been filed by the workman/petitioner against the order of dismissal passed by the respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon the Service, Conduct, Discipline and Appeal Rules and also submitted that an appeal remedy is available under Rule 106.1. 4.
