Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.265 of 2025, under Sections 70(2), 351(3) BNS, Section 5(G)(L)/6 of POCSO Act & Section 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Mitauli, District Kheri. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that co-accused with similar allegation have been enlarged on bail vide separate orders dated 28.11.2025 & 12.11.2025. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the nature of the allegations to be similar to the co-accused who have been enlarged on bail and adopting the reasoning as contained in Para 5 of the order dated 28.11.2025, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Ravi @ Vikas Yadav be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Shailesh Kumar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
